The place itself was nice, but getting inside was confusing. As a tourist, I might not have a German number to reach the owner. My bed also creaked.

We dropped into Schwalbennest on a whim today and left pleasantly surprised. The owner was warm and helpful, and the restaurant has a cute, welcoming look. The burger was absolutely delicious. The schnitzel was popular too. I did wonder if it was frozen, though the owner assured me it was fresh. Either way, it tasted good. We’ve added another place to our list and will probably come back more often.
