The room was great, and the location is really convenient. Just be aware the room Wi-Fi wasn't very good, both in speed and stability.

Handy for the old town, which is easy to reach. It's in the train station area but not right next to it. The rooms are nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I picked this hotel almost at random, but the staff's professionalism and the comfort and size of my room surprised me. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit to Mainz.

I found the room acceptable for what I paid, but a few things were off. There was no fridge, and a socket behind the curtains didn’t work. The bathroom door latch felt below a reasonable standard. Towels were missing too; reception didn’t answer when I called, so I had to go downstairs and collect them myself.

The lobby looked great, and some of the rooms seemed fine. My stay was let down by the staff, who were impolite. They first tried to sell me an extra room, then assigned me one that smelled of sewage. I eventually got the room I had booked, but its two queen beds only had single covers. The morning staff were just as careless.
