We paid about 80EUR per night, which felt reasonable. The hotel is right by the water on Malchow island, making it easy to explore the town and surrounding area. The popular Greek restaurant is downstairs. Our room was modern, cosy, clean, and tidy, with nice interior design. The bed was very comfortable, soundproofing was good, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was small but filling, and the food quality was good. The entrance is in a little alley off the main road. There are about four guest parking spaces at the alley's end; otherwise there's a large lot a few metres around the corner, plus spaces along the main road.

Our Airbnb cancelled at the last minute, so we booked this place on a whim. Couldn't be happier with how it worked out. The staff were exceptionally nice, and the suite was beautiful.

The apartment was wonderful, especially with that view over the water. We had a great stay, and everyone on staff was so kind and considerate.

Our room was enormous, though every room here is different. The hotel has been renovated nicely. The sauna sits on a platform out on the lake, with a glass-fronted relaxation room beside it. It was a lot of fun to use the sauna and then jump into the lake. Breakfast costs extra and is ordered through the connected restaurant, which is separate from the hotel. Some rooms look onto a busy street and could be noisy, so earplugs are left by the bed. We didn't need ours.

I was keen to visit, but trying to book a room put me off completely. They were so impolite that I felt like I was bothering them just by asking for a reservation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
