Kind staff and clean rooms. It was a nice stay.

There was no heating, and I had to go into the city to buy a thick jacket just to sleep. The reception staff were rude, kicked me out, and called the police, who also made me leave. I felt I was treated badly and faced racism as a Black man. The call center wasn't helpful either. Please don't stay here. I'll never book with B&B Hotels again.

We could barely get out of there. Agoda should give our money back. There was no respect for customers. Work started at 6:30 am, and drilling began at 8:00 am. If the place is being renovated, why are rooms being sold?

We stayed for 2 days, and I caught a flu. The hotel was renovating, but that doesn't mean guests should have to sleep in the cold. There was just one small fan heater, and it didn't do the job. It was terrible, and I'm still cold.

I wouldn't recommend it. The room looked nothing like the pictures, and everything was dirty. There was no heating either.
