The room was tidy and clean, with a large balcony, but the shower door leaked past its rubber seal and left some water on the floor. That needs to be fixed. Digital check-in after 11:59 PM wasn't easy: after several failed calls, my details were finally updated, and only then could I get into the room. The emergency call service should deal with this more sensitively instead of brushing guests off. Arrivals can be delayed by traffic, so this needs to change.

At 10 PM I had to find another hotel because I couldn't get into this one. There's no reception, just a keypad. The first time I called the emergency number, they said the access code should have arrived by email and told me to check my account. It hadn't arrived. I called the same number again about a minute later, then six more times, and nobody answered. I'm still waiting for a response about a refund, while the €109 booking.com charge remains on my credit card. If this goes on, I may have to go to the police, even though it's a relatively small amount that isn't really worth it.

I called quickly to check whether I could check in after 11 PM through the app, and it worked perfectly. The room was beautiful, modern, and comfortable. A few little extras, like the smart TV, were a nice surprise.

The room was quiet and nice, and contactless check-in was quick. Very central too. I'd happily stay again.

Modern room with a balcony. There's no reception, housekeeping, or parking.
