We’d booked for the weekend of Time Warp, a dance event, but it was cancelled because of Covid-19. Bars and restaurants were closed too, so we had no reason to go. We asked about moving the booking, or perhaps getting a voucher or discount for another stay, but they wouldn’t work with us at all. We lost all our money, around €700. I’m disappointed. That’s no way to treat a customer during such a difficult time.

We booked a month ahead, but the owner refused to refund us, even though she asked the tourist for several anti-Covid requirements, including an employment contract and a Covid test, that hadn’t been mentioned when we booked. The tourist had to find somewhere else to stay. Be careful when booking this place.

The host welcomed us personally, and the furnishings, decor, and neighborhood were all top-notch. Everything was spotless, with no dust or stains, nothing broken or missing. For once, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. High quality says it all. 👌

The apartments look just like the published photos and are excellent. They face the street, though, so even with very good windows, they aren’t especially quiet.

There was no greeting or anything, and the communication was very poor. The service was poor too. I can’t recommend this accommodation.
