The family who runs this hotel were wonderful, and we’ll definitely return whenever we’re in Manheim. It’s a great spot for staying connected to hbf and the city, with plenty of cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed.

The breakfast nook alone is worth a look, and the breakfast itself is amazing value. This is a lovely, cozy family-run guesthouse, extremely clean and full of old world charm. The staff were lovely and very genuine. The world would be a better place with more guesthouses like this.

It’s surprisingly quiet inside despite being right in the center, which was great even as a light sleeper. The place is cozy and comfortable, with a welcoming old-fashioned feel and everything you need, as long as stairs are manageable for you. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the service was lovely and welcoming.

Inside it’s really calm, even though the hotel is in a lively area. It’s cozy and feels like home, and the kind, accommodating family who own it make you feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious, with gluten-free options too.

A great base for exploring the city, with personal service, very friendly staff, and a great breakfast. Parking is available close by. It’s quite different from the big chains, and I’d definitely go again. Just note there’s no elevator.
