We came for a concert at SAP Arena and were able to check in late at night, which was a big help after unexpected traffic on the way. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t enjoy Mannheim or the city-centre location itself, but the hotel was lovely and felt quite bougie for a much nicer price. We’d stay here again and would recommend it.

The location is convenient, close to the city centre, but that doesn’t make up for the poor hygiene and service. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it to anyone looking for even a basic comfortable stay. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, and the stay was truly disappointing. When I arrived, there was a used cigarette on the floor, even though I don’t smoke. I asked for the room to be cleaned, but they didn’t vacuum or replace essentials like toilet paper. The hotel overall felt poorly maintained and unclean, and it seemed the staff didn’t care or make any effort to put things right.

Comfortable rooms, a central spot near shops and restaurants, and friendly, helpful staff. Just great, an excellent hotel in every way.

We’ve stayed here several times and have always been impressed. Tonight, on Halloween, there were free shots and welcome drinks at the bar. We’ll recommend this place again. Do try to stay here, it’s extremely central.

There were multiple spiders in our room, in different sizes and varieties. I can’t emphasize enough how many we found as soon as we walked in. At least three were above the door, in a mass of webs over the air conditioning unit. When we told the staff, they seemed annoyed and like they couldn’t be bothered. The room and bathroom felt unclean overall. I honestly don’t know why I stayed in that room.
