The reception team were so friendly and the service was amazing. For my last night, I'd booked a downgraded room, but they let me keep the more expensive room at no extra charge. My flight was at night, and although check-out was at 12:00 pm, they also let me check out late. I stayed for 8 nights, and the staff kept my room spotless each day and made sure I had everything, including coffee, tea and water. They were always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was fantastic too, with fresh toast, porridge and waffles, and the staff were very kind and attentive. I'd 100% come back. Truly recommended!

Parking in the car park on L-3 was convenient, and the lift takes you straight to the lobby. There's an ice machine on each floor, and the gym is very well equipped. The room was spacious for one person, and I loved the breakfast and service. The ladies at check-in were super nice, and I loved my stay from start to finish. I only wish the coffee place opened on Sundays and before 10am.

Dimitri at reception assisted us throughout our stay and really knows how to give visitors great service. We loved the hotel and enjoyed our time there. It's very nice and clean, with the best location, and it'll be our first choice when we visit Mannheim again.

The rooms were modern and in excellent shape, and the staff made us feel welcome straight away. They were especially dedicated and attentive. Breakfast was the weak point: the room was packed, staff seemed stretched, and items like scrambled eggs and butter had run out at times. With so many guests there, though, some delays were understandable. We only stayed one night, but I can highly recommend the hotel.

The gym was very good, with enough for a full workout while away from home, and the rooms were really nice. It’s also in a great central spot in Mannheim, close to wasserturm and the main shops. Superb hotel.
