The view is outstanding, which makes the visit worthwhile. One waiter seemed to give biased service based on being German, and the toilet facilities may be the worst I’ve come across in Germany. Such a shame with views like these.

The valley view is the highlight, so try to get a table by the window. I went for Sunday brunch; the restaurant gets plenty of daylight through its large windows, and the atmosphere is okay. The food was average, with less choice than I’d hoped for and no salad bar or anything similar. Prices are reasonable.

The food at the restaurant was amazing, and the staff all gave amazing service. It’s a beautiful hotel, with great views across the valley to the castle.

A nice spot for a simple bite while taking in the view.
