We came to Munich for two nights and chose this place for its modern look, big rooms, garage, and suites that could fit our family of five. It turned out to be a great choice. The suite hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained, with excellent service. A big thanks to Grega, whose friendly, warm nature made our stay much nicer.

The staff are friendly and the place is clean enough, but during my week there, service was basically nonexistent. Nobody serviced the room or even brought fresh towels. There’s no AC, which is fine in winter, but the rooms are small and the air gets stale quickly, so I had to open the windows. There are no screens, so bugs can get in. To let in air, you also have to leave the blinds open, which lets the streetlights brighten the room. I found the bed uncomfortable and the pillows awful. It’s okay for a night or two, but I’d stay elsewhere if I could.

The family suite was a nice apartment for our family of five, and check-in and check-out were easy. Three supermarkets are within a five-minute walk, and bus stops for different train stations are right outside the apartment.

The room was small but worked well for our short stopover before the airport. It was clean, with a comfortable bed and a very good shower. There was a kitchen sink, fridge, two electric hob, and just enough crockery and pans to make a basic dinner. We enjoyed eating on the little balcony on a warm summer’s day. The receptionist was very attentive and knew my name when I arrived. Local supermarkets and food outlets are a short five-minute walk down the road. I liked this hotel.
