The location worked especially well alongside the thermal baths, and we’d gladly return. We stayed for a weekend in a package that included admission to the Euskirchen thermal baths, and it was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was superb, fresh, plentiful, and beautifully presented. Our room was quiet, spotless, and well maintained. Service was consistently friendly, polite, attentive, and helpful, just what you hope for. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend it.

From start to finish, Ms. Waßer and her team made our spa stay feel special. Their warm, attentive, luxurious service and careful planning meant we could relax and enjoy every moment. Everything felt both friendly and professional, with thoughtful touches throughout. Thank you for organizing such a wonderful, unforgettable stay and for the superb service. Highly recommended.

The hotel looks unassuming from outside, but inside it’s fantastic :-) I’ve rarely felt this comfortable in a hotel. It’s very clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive to your personal comfort. Gluten-free meals are available if you ask. I highly recommend it.

We’d love to come back to the Komm' In Hotel. We stayed one night for a visit to the Christmas market at Satzvey Castle, and the location was excellent, with plenty of shopping nearby. The room was clean and well equipped, breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very friendly.
