The restaurant team were polite and the food was very good. The hotel staff, unfortunately, were the opposite, and they didn't speak any English.
6/10
The food is good and reasonably priced, but getting a restaurant reservation was really difficult. We called three times, each a week in advance, and it was fully booked every time.

We were there for technical training with winterhalter. The lady was really friendly, and the food tasted great. Hope I can come back. Love from Bamberg ❣️

The hotel has been nicely updated and is clean, with friendly people. Friedrichshafen isn't far away. The restaurant was really good too, and everyone there was very friendly. A positive stay.
10/10
The area is really good, and there's a playground. It's also pretty close to Ravensburger Spieleland. A very nice place, with friendly staff and a quite good breakfast.
