The main drawback is the setting near a commercial area, where there's quite a bit of car traffic, and planes can be heard overhead. WiFi sometimes dropped out, though it was generally fine for email and browsing, especially in the breakfast area. Breakfast was okay, with cereal, rolls, eggs, and other things. The rooms seem to have been renovated recently, though perhaps not all of them yet. They're a decent size and simply but nicely styled. The bathroom was new, with a shower that was big enough.

The hotel was very nice and handy for the Ham-Radio fair, about a 15 minute drive away. The only problem for me was the WiFi: in my room the signal was too weak to get a usable connection on either of the two SSIDs.

The hotel was having renovation work done during our stay, but it remained peaceful despite that. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and continental. We had a wonderful stay.

Good breakfast, pleasant staff, and a high standard for a hotel at a really good price.
