The lake looks lovely at sunrise and sunset from here, but enjoying it is hard with traffic constantly rushing past on the main road right in front of the house. Leaving the parking lot means turning blindly onto that road, which feels life-threatening. The amenities and pricing are hard to understand, or is that Swabian? At nearly €300 a night, bed linen costs extra, and guests are expected to take their rubbish with them at checkout. Even when we asked, all they gave us was one roll of toilet paper. It was difficult to feel welcome.

Modern, practical furnishings and a lovely view. Lake Constance is only a few meters away for swimming, and the cooling is especially welcome in summer. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Its location is excellent, almost right by the lake, with a swimming spot and the ferry to Konstanz close by. We'd definitely book it again on our next Lake Constance visit.

We stayed in Apartment No. 6 and felt right at home in its clean, well-kept rooms and minimalist design. The house has six holiday apartments and sits right by the lake, with a beautiful view. The price comes with high expectations, and the place met them. One thing missing from the description was the small country road beside the house. Nights were quiet, but daytime traffic depended on the time of day. Even so, we had a fantastic, comfortable stay and would recommend it again.

What a dream spot for a holiday, with a wonderful view over Lake Constance. The home is bright, warm, and really modern. Truly beautiful!
