The people at the hotel were friendly and professional, and the interior design created a wonderful, artistic atmosphere. Breakfast was a small buffet but had plenty to eat, and the coffee was extremely delicious. Exceptional hotel, a must.

The building is beautiful, and it may once have been a great hotel, but it looks like it's seen better days, or perhaps it's being renovated. I didn't see any staff, and the reception was always closed with no one there. Garbage bags sat in the hallway and were still there the next day. There was no breakfast, and the beds were basic.

We stopped for cake and coffee in this beautiful old building. It was a relaxing, cosy spot to sit, with soft music in the background and a lovely view of the garden. We'd love to return.

The large rooms and the café with its baroque garden made my stay at the Ernestiner Hof feel like a short break from work. I travel for work a lot, often staying several nights, and this was a real pleasure. The staff were attentive, friendly, and competent. I'll be back!
