Antje made the four-hour "Kapitelberg Tour through the Spaar Mountains" wine hike super entertaining. We walked among the vineyards, took in stunning views, and learned a lot about winemaking and what life is like as a winemaker in the area. You can tell she loves what she does and is passionate about it. The wines weren’t just a tasting, either. We got to enjoy four glasses throughout the tour. Truly fantastic!

We had a wonderful few hours on this fun, friendly, and really interesting wine hike through the vineyards with Antje. We tried three local wines, and the winery itself is a lovely place to linger, too. Highly recommended. Thank you :)

On a beautiful March day, we were up at the viewpoint and each had a delicious glass of wine. It was really good and very reasonably priced. The wine seller was friendly and helpful, and we’d gladly come again!

From a hilltop at this good winery on the outskirts of Meissen, at the start of the Spaargebirge hills, you can enjoy a glass of wine and look over the Elbe River. The winemaker’s wine tours are lovely, very well done, and highly recommended. The hike definitely won’t leave you thirsty. You can easily park your bike at Mariaberg itself, but parking is more difficult. There’s no parking there, and spaces are limited down on the main road.

The wine was superb quality and absolutely delicious, and the tasting was very pleasant. We enjoyed a fantastic one-hour tour at this lovely winery, with excellent advice along the way. Thanks so much for putting on such a professional and dedicated event. Full marks, and we’ll definitely be back.
