The room issue was only part of it. When we tried to speak with the director, he shouted at us over the phone and said we needed to sort it out with Booking. com, not the hotel. It felt like take it or leave it, and the way we were treated was humiliating and a huge disappointment. Never again. We had booked a double room with a sea view and even called ahead to confirm it. After a long trip, we were given a room facing the PARKING LOT. The staff were no help when we pointed out the mistake. The next room was another shock: it was dirty, there was a huge spider, and COVID-19 protection rules seemed to be completely disregarded. We went back to reception, but were told to wait in that dirty room while they spoke to the director. We came here to celebrate my birthday, and it turned into the worst hotel experience ever. The management was horrible and rude, the staff unfriendly, and the rooms dirty. Be careful, this could happen to you too.

It was quiet and peaceful here, and I think I’ll come back next year. Many thanks to the Hotel Manager for the hospitality. 🥂🥂

The rooms were good, though dinner arrived cold and the carrots were somewhat hard.
