Hotel Sturm Bio- & Wellnesshotel in der Rhön

The meals were a highlight. Breakfast had lovely buffet options, excellent bread, and eggs cooked to order. Dinner was served buffet style too, with great salads and a choice of main dishes and sides. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty. We spent a friends’ weekend here, relaxing for two nights in a roomy four-person room in the main building. It had two separate bedrooms, which worked well for us. The sauna and spa area was nice, though not very large. In spring, that was fine, especially with the lovely weather. We could sit outside by the pond, and I think they’re building another quiet room at the moment. I wonder if it gets crowded in winter and people have to compete for seats. That wasn’t an issue during our weekend. The road is a little close, and you can hear it outdoors, but it doesn’t bother me. We’d definitely return for another short getaway.

A huge garden with a swimming pond, plus two spa areas, one indoors and one outdoors. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the food is delicious and healthy, with a very creative chef. A fantastic spot to relax. It leaves nothing to be desired.

The spa is cozy and relaxing, and breakfast offers a wide selection of organic food with lovely garden views. It’s a beautiful hotel that mixes modern style with German tradition. The staff have been welcoming and helpful. We’re going to try the restaurant tomorrow and will add to my review afterward.

The food was phenomenal, always fresh, and the service was prompt and friendly. A special thanks to the reception team for quickly sending the headphones I’d left behind to my parents’ address so I could take them home before my flight overseas. We had an amazing week at Biohotel Sturm. Everything was wonderful, from our room with its rooftop terrace to the spa. The little pond was a lovely place for a dip and to unwind after hiking in the nearby Rhoen. I highly recommend staying here for longer. We’ll remember our time here very fondly.
