The landlord was very friendly, and the house was quiet. The apartment is around 50-100 meters from the lake, with private parking in the underground garage. There's an elevator from the entrance or garage up to the top floor, so every apartment can be reached by lift. The sightseeing boat launch is a minute or two away, as are rental pedal boats and electric boats. A very nice apartment, highly recommended.

The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. We stay in vacation rentals often, and this was easily our nicest and best-equipped one. It's beautifully located right by the entrance to the pedestrian zone.

From the underground garage, there's an elevator all the way to the top floor. The house is quiet, and the apartment is fantastic, stylish, and had everything we needed. Best of all, the balcony looks straight over Lake Titisee. We had a perfect vacation.

Restaurants are an easy walk away, and the lake is just two minutes on foot. Residenz am See was very clean and well maintained, with everything from a toaster to fondue and raclette. We felt very comfortable, and the underground parking was great. Highly recommend this vacation apartment.

Several restaurants are within walking distance, and the view across Lake Titisee is stunning. Apartment 7 in the Residenz am See sits right on the lake and is tastefully furnished. It had everything we needed.
