A waste of money. The services here were about as bad as you can expect. Wi-Fi speed was 0.52 kbps, there's no room service, and nobody was at reception to help. You even have to pay for an extra cup for coffee. The blankets were old and dirty, and the heaters were too old and didn't work. There were no proper instructions for the door lock, vending machine, or hotel services. The hotel is near the highway, and buses only come once an hour. It's very far from the tourist locations. The owner is somewhere far away, just making money and never caring about the service. I highly recommend not coming here.

I called the owner to ask for directions. He shouted that I could find it on Google Maps, then hung up. After that, he wouldn't answer my calls.

The balcony view was such a lovely way to start the day. I spent a couple of days here over Christmas and really enjoyed the whole stay. Breakfast was fresh with an impressive selection, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

I was travelling alone without a car, so I used public transport, since it's a bit of a walk from Titisee Center. Check-in isn't until 4 pm, and there's no restaurant, just breakfast. The weather wasn't great, but I still enjoyed the lovely view and being close to nature. The chalet room was lovely, and it was a very good experience. I recommend it if you want to get away from the fast pace of life for a few days.

The stay itself felt like one of the tourist attractions! The hotel is very close to the famous Titisee lake and Triberg waterfalls, and its setting close to nature gives it a marvelous view. The location gets full marks from me. The staff were really nice and welcomed us as planned. Breakfast is available on request.
