The breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious. There’s a large parking area for guests, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Zero stars. The lobby seemed dirty, and I’d never recommend this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and racist toward Americans. They tore up our papers right in front of us and shouted at us to leave for no reason. Do not stay here.

The best feature is the grill cabin in the yard, used for outdoor dining in summer. The hotel is pleasant, with friendly service and attention to detail, right in central Melsungen. There’s also a large parking lot with camera monitoring. PS: Update, 08.08.2024, the location is unchanged.

You can walk to a nearby supermarket to pick up what you need. The room was spacious and cosy, and the breakfast setting was nice. Breakfast included breads, eggs, juice, cereal, Nutella, cheese, fruit, and more. The worker welcomed us and took good care of us during our stay. You can’t cook anything in the room, even heat water, but that was okay. Thank you.

The food was outstanding and very good for a reasonable price. The hotel is in a lovely spot in the characteristic village, with plenty of parking. It’s a bit old-fashioned, and the rooms had no fridge, though the hotel could give you space in theirs. The Wi-Fi only worked with a coupon that lasted eight hours.
