The staff were the best, helpful, friendly, and professional. Our room was clean and well equipped, and we had a great view from the window. Breakfast was good too. My wife and I stayed for one night and agreed we'd choose the same hotel next time we visit.

The family running the hotel made us feel at home and well looked after, even with the Covid restrictions. They were personable and gave us lots of tips for seeing the area. The rooms were clean, service was excellent, and restaurants are within walking distance.

We booked with them, then found out that Euro 5 cars aren't allowed into the city. Because of Covid, we didn't want to take the crowded public transport there, as our parents work in medical services. We emailed before our arrival but never got a reply, and we couldn't get a refund. Sad.

A lovely little hotel in a great spot near the Nurburgring. The hosts were very good and happy to share recommendations.
