A pretty good hotel, with helpful reception staff and an excellent breakfast.

The rooms are nice, and the hotel is clean and recently renovated. It’s dog friendly too. The downside is the location beside a busy railway line and street, both of which can be heard at night.

Handy for an overnight stop, with the motorway nearby. The room was comfortable enough, though a bit dusty and looking somewhat tired.

The room was a disappointment. At about 3x4 meters with the shower and toilet included, it was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever had. There was no fridge or other electric appliance. It’s very close to the train tracks, so in summer you need earplugs at night. There’s no air conditioning, and you have to leave the window open, which doesn’t always help. Breakfast was average, though good, like in every German hotel.

The staff were really lovely, thankfully. The bathroom cleanliness was an issue, and there was no air conditioning or minibar, so I don’t think the price was worth it.
