The owners made us feel incredibly welcome. While I was at the funeral, my dog started barking, and the owner called to ask if they could take her for a walk. I said yes. Later, they let me have dinner with my dog in the dining room. I had the forelle fish dish, which was cooked very well. The next morning, the owner told me about the hotel’s history, including the paintings and the wooden dining-room ceiling saved from a Jesuit Church. I’ll be visiting again and would recommend this place to anyone. I’d come to town for a funeral and booked a solo room. At short notice I couldn’t find suitable care for my dog, so I brought her along. The management showed me to the room and welcomed her. The hotel is very well cared for and clean. My room was small but didn’t feel cramped, and it was spotless. There was an electric kettle in the room. Breakfast was small but delicious, with freshly made eggs and coffee.

We had a great overnight stay and enjoyed the conversation and stories from the super friendly owners. The service was amazing. There was a garage where we could charge our e-bikes, too. Thanks for a lovely stay. We’ll be back.

Petra was warm and welcoming, and breakfast was very good in a comfortable setting. Our suite was clean and really comfortable. The hotel is tastefully equipped, and the furniture and decoration fit the town’s atmosphere while still feeling fresh. It was a perfect stop on our way to Bodensee.

I love this tucked-away Guesthouse and can honestly recommend it to everyone. My Corgi’s are always welcome, and breakfast is great. Thanks!
