The tractor ride to some beautiful viewpoints was a great highlight. Before that, we had a wine tasting with food and got lots of good information about the winery and how the wine is made. The family were really lovely. Highly recommended.

We felt at ease at the lovely wine tasting in the Herzog family's cozy garden house. Nobody made us feel pushed to buy anything, though we liked the wine enough to take two cases home. Thanks for a wonderful time, and best wishes from Saxony.

Walking over from Piesport was definitely a plus. We had a really enjoyable tasting of wines and spirits, and the winemaker spent plenty of time with us without pushing us to buy his whole stock. We liked everything we tried, from the wines to the fine brandies. If you enjoy fruit brandy, give his a try. The aroma and taste were excellent from the first sniff to the last.
