Ferienhof Schugg

The farm is in a lovely, idyllic spot, and the animals and garden swing were a highlight for my granddaughter. The apartment was very clean, well cared for and had everything we needed. We stayed five nights over the Easter break, and the hosts were very friendly. My granddaughter and I had a wonderful holiday, and we’d love to come back.

A peaceful place to hike and relax, with stunning mountain views and a few animals in the garden. You can really unwind here. The hosts are super friendly. Highly recommended.

The farm is so quiet, practically surrounded by nature, and the view is breathtaking. We spent a week there with the Schugg family and felt completely at home. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and Tanja Schugg was a friendly, helpful and welcoming hostess. Thank you for a wonderful time. We’d love to come back.

Geratsried is wonderfully secluded, almost like a village with just four houses, so it’s incredibly quiet and idyllic. There are beautiful hiking trails all around, and it’s also an easy place to bring a dog. The dog costs are very reasonable, and there’s room for a dog bed without it getting in the way. In winter the little road to Geratsried is cleared several times a day. We had about 1 meter of fresh snow during our 8 days there in January and never had any trouble getting around. The local baker delivers bread rolls, which made for a relaxed start to the day, and you can buy fresh eggs from the Schugg family’s own hens. The surroundings are beautiful, and the hosts are super nice, friendly and always available to help. It was spotlessly clean, cleaner than places we’ve stayed even in hotels. My fiancée and I thought it was fantastic in every way, 5/5 stars, and highly recommend it!
