The Christmas Eve snowfall and the nearby Christmas market made our stay especially memorable, and the Aurikel holiday apartment felt like home from the moment we arrived. We stayed from December 13th to 28th, 2025, and once again found the Neuner Family so welcoming and helpful. Arriving, unpacking, and settling right in really sums it up. We’d love to visit again before long, if that’s all right, and will gladly recommend Gästehaus Elisabeth to friends and acquaintances. We came back from our two-week stay at Gästehaus Elisabeth feeling rested and happy. From the balcony we could admire the Karwendel mountain range, while the apartment itself stayed wonderfully peaceful despite being so close to everything. REWE is about a two-minute walk away, and the town center and its shops are just a little farther. Our small Enzian apartment was very clean, well cared for, and equipped with what we needed. Many thanks to Ms. Neuner.

We could get to shops for everyday needs and set off on excursions from this ideally placed Mittenwald apartment without needing the car. It was lovingly furnished and very well kept, and the owners made us feel genuinely welcome.

We never needed the car, since hikes and excursions could start right from the guesthouse. Even with the town center about an eight-minute walk away, the place was surprisingly peaceful, and REWE with its bakery was just around the corner. Our June 2022 stay was in the cozy attic Silberdistel apartment, which had a fantastic view of the Karwendel mountains. The beds were superb, we slept wonderfully, and everything we needed was there. We were completely satisfied. The nearby pedestrian area had plenty of little shops and restaurants. Thank you, dear Neuner family. We’d happily return and recommend you.

The house, apartment, and spa area all felt thoughtfully furnished and welcoming. We were very comfortable at Haus Elisabeth, and everything was just right. Simply fantastic. We’ll definitely return, by 2020 at the latest.
