The staff were very friendly throughout our family stay, when we had two rooms. The spa was nice, with a pool and two saunas at 60 and 90 degrees. I didn’t see anyone using the 60-degree one, and a steam sauna might make more sense to me, but it was still comfortable. The pool was good too. Our rooms were spacious and the beds a good size, though the mattresses were much too soft for my taste. There was no kettle in the room for tea or coffee, which should be standard. We ate at the Redo restaurant. My Schnitzel was okay, nothing special, while my family had Cesar salad. The Redo version is far from the original, so please check the recipe.

The restaurants close at 21.00, and there’s no snack or anything to have with your beer. Two stars for that. The breakfast, on the other hand, deserves five.

The on-site spa and wellness facilities made it easy to relax, and being close to outdoor activities was a plus. Residenz Seehotel Berlin-Brandenburg is a peaceful lakeside place with scenic views and comfortable, spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and breakfast was tasty. Some of the decor feels dated, and the dining choices may be limited. A good option near Berlin if you’re after a quiet break focused on nature and relaxation.

We spent three nights at this hidden gem and came away pleasantly surprised. There’s a big lake right in front, along with a sauna, swimming pool and wellness facilities. The restaurant is very good, especially the big Schnitzels and Kaiserschnitzel. The staff are kind and make a real effort to look after guests, though the restaurant could be a bit disorganized in the evening. When you’re in a relaxing mood, the extra wait isn’t a big deal, and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset over the lake. If you want to forget city life, this is the place.

We left my son’s teddy bear behind, and they kindly sent it all the way to Sweden. We really appreciated that. The spa and pool were nice, with no extra charge, and parking was free. The rooms were decent, the customer service was good, and the hotel’s location is beautiful. I’d recommend staying here.
