Fischhof Beer

The owners are a very friendly couple, and they were happy to accommodate requests at breakfast. There was plenty of simple breakfast food, and the room was nice, with Wi-Fi fast enough for work. The guesthouse sits in a quiet spot but is still convenient, less than a few kilometers from the A93 motorway. A lovely little place for good, reliable accommodation, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it.

We made a last minute booking and wanted to arrive later, and the service was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and breakfast was wonderful. I'd happily stay again and look forward to coming back.

Breakfast is available for an extra charge, and guests in the private rooms can use a shared kitchenette. The apartment and private rooms are both beautifully done, with a lovely outdoor seating area too. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we found everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Learning about fish farming was a real highlight, especially the opening of Fish Week. It's a shame fish farmers' work and dedication get so little recognition from those in positions of power. The farm was beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean, and the Beer family were incredibly kind hosts. We had everything we needed in the holiday apartment, enjoyed sleeping in and breakfast in the beautiful vaulted cellar, and explored the surrounding area. It was a lovely stay, and we discovered a new corner of the country. We'd love to return.
