Haus Luisenhof

My daughter and I had a lovely two-night stay, and we’d happily recommend this guesthouse. The Kempke couple were so friendly, and breakfast was full of thoughtful little touches. There was something for everyone, the egg was cooked just right, and we got a small treat each day.

The Kempke family were friendly and glad to share useful tips, and we felt very comfortable there. The price was excellent for what we got, so we’ll definitely return. Haus Luisenhof is quiet, lovingly furnished, and very clean throughout. Our modern room was spotless too. Breakfast was generous, with plenty to choose from. There’s a kettle, dishes and cutlery, plus a microwave if you want to make a light meal. Wi-Fi is available in the house.

We’d love to return to Luisenhof, especially because it’s so peaceful but still an easy walk into town or out into the countryside. The value for money is excellent. The Kempkes family made us feel very welcome and clearly run the place with a lot of joy. We stayed two nights and were comfortable throughout. The beds were great, there was a choice of pillows, Wi-Fi worked reliably, and we had a lovely balcony. The bathroom also had a window. Breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh food and a different little surprise in the morning, like melon with Serrano ham or homemade cream cheese. There were several kinds of rolls, cheese and cold cuts, as well as tomatoes and peppers. You could ask for egg dishes made fresh, and there was fruit and yogurt too. Everything was clean, beautiful, and inviting.

I stayed almost a week at Haus Louisenhof with the Kempke couple while on a cycling holiday. I’m sure the house and the couple have already been described in detail, but I have to add one thing: every morning, the egg was cooked perfectly. Best wishes, Detlef Berneis
