I’m torn between giving it 3 or 4 stars. The beds and mattresses are pretty good, and the rooms are okay, clean, and looked after. The TV is old and small. You can check in after 6 p.m. using a machine that gives you the room key. Breakfast felt very limited overall, though it’s hard for me to judge how full the place was. Even so, the value for money is good.

This was my fifth stay. The hotel is quiet, close to the forest and walking paths, with parking right there. The grounds are beautiful, with huge lawns all around, and the general atmosphere is pleasant. The wellness area is very nice, though the sauna only opens at 4 p.m. On both days, the towels were already gone by 5 p.m., which really should be fixed. The pool jets also didn’t always work. My room had a balcony and good, quiet mattresses. The bathroom was small but nice. Heating in the room and bathroom was only on for a few hours. Wi-Fi worked well everywhere. There was a nice selection at the breakfast buffet, though it could have been better. Eggs of all kinds are cooked fresh in the kitchen, and the service was friendly. Dinner on the half board plan was very tasty, but on the second evening this time, the portions were quite modest, with just two small pieces of venison goulash. The staff were helpful and friendly.
