We loved our stay and had a great night. I'll be visiting often. One request: could we use the gym next time? I love training, and that would be the icing on the cake. All in all, I recommend Mcdreams hotel to anyone. You won't regret going. I've already recommended it to four friends, and they've booked; I hope they have the same experience and come back. Thank you.

It's a very good hotel overall. Since it's automated, there's no staffed reception, so there's no service like leaving luggage at the hotel after checkout on the last day. It'd be nice to have some kind of self-service storage. The helpline is also hard to use if you don't speak German. I couldn't get anywhere with it.

Check-in without staff was easy, and parking was good too. The hotel is directly across from a supermarket and close to downtown, and it's well situated for trips to Düsseldorf or Roemond designer outlet. For the price, it's worth it. The one downside was a smell in the room, which I guess came from the cleaning chemical.

You have to check in automatically, but it's easy enough to work out. Parking is free, though you need to put the card showing your stay dates under the windshield; it's provided in the room. The room isn't big, but it's enough for a night. Everything was clean, the mattresses were comfortable, and the price matched the quality well.

The room was noisy at night, and there was no breakfast even though the price was like that of a regular hotel. No one cleaned or tidied the room, and there was no shampoo or soap. It may have been my worst hotel stay in Germany. I’ll avoid this place whenever I can.
