Best Western Conference Airporthotel Frankfurt Mörfelden

The parking fee was too high, and breakfast was good but very basic compared with other Best Western hotels we've visited. The pizza, on the other hand, was perfect and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, nice, clean, and quiet, and being close to the airport is convenient for a night before setting off.

I was later sent a €60 demand by the external parking service for leaving my car in the garage for only 16 minutes. This was confusing and very unpleasant. Future guests should check the parking rules carefully in advance. I chose the hotel because its ad said parking was available. At reception, I was told indoor parking wasn't free overnight. I then specifically asked if I could use the garage briefly to check in, and the receptionist said yes. I checked in as quickly as I could and moved the car to street parking shortly afterward, even though it was late and freezing.

The airport location works for a one-day stay while traveling, but there were several problems. Rooms weren't very clean, and they were cleaned every four days, something nobody told us. You can ask for a fresh towel every four days as well. Breakfast is listed as 6 to 10 a.m., or 7 to 11 a.m. on weekends, but it was always empty apart from bread, and nobody refilled it. They seemed to have some arrangement with a worker company and gave those workers more privileges than their own guests. That's awful. The AC didn't work either, so the rooms get VERY hot in summer.

The room was a bit too warm, but it was great. Amazing breakfast, excellent service, really nice people, and the room was lovely. The price was very friendly, too!
