The staff were helpful and really friendly, and the WiFi worked quickly. My room was simple, but clean and cosy, and the place felt peaceful. It’s conveniently close to the top Center without being far away. I was very comfortable there and would stay again on my next trip to Germany.

At €75 a night, I still wouldn't book this place again. The room was tiny and had virtually no amenities, and the customer service was poor. Breakfast was especially frustrating: don't assume it'll be available at the stated hours, since you apparently need to confirm the time first. It felt like an afterthought anyway. This was the worst hotel I've booked, and I think you can find much better for the price.

I expected worse after reading some comments, but I'm satisfied. The price is decent, the bed is good, and there's a reading lamp and TV. The bathroom was clean, and so were the fresh towels and bed linen. It's quiet, with free WiFi, espresso, and complimentary tea and coffee in the room and downstairs. The receptionist was kind too.

I got such a warm welcome at reception. The hotel and its rooms are easy to recommend. Thanks, and see you soon. Greetings from Italy 🇮🇹

The staff were so friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and nice. We were there to visit the Christmas markets, and the location worked really well for us.
