The grounds looked completely neglected, unlike the photos on Booking.com. The box tree moth infestation in the hedge isn't anyone's fault, but the weeds nearly a meter high are. We spent three days catching spiders in the rooms, and the apartment itself was filthy. The living room floor seemed to have been greased at some point, and the Murphy bed mattresses had big yellow stains. We booked the "Lütt Westen" apartment at Haus Vineta for a week in August. We can't understand the good reviews, though we haven't seen the other apartments. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Find somewhere else.

This mini-hotel on Rügen was a fabulous place to stay. It's near the Baltic Sea, with a wonderfully peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The cozy room by the sea, lovely design, and impeccable service were all highlights. We enjoyed the idea of morning walks along the coast, with plenty of free beaches nearby. It feels like a perfect escape from the bustle of the city, and we left with unforgettable memories!

We stayed at Hotel Haus Vineta this year and loved it. The apartment was clean, and the host family made us feel welcome. The sea and beach were heavenly, with few people around and a quiet, peaceful, relaxing feel. We plan to return next year! With gratitude, the Martyniuk family.

We loved staying in the little family apartment :) It’s compact, but has everything you need for two adults and three kids. The landlords are exceptionally friendly.

The whole area is fantastic, with hiking, swimming, surfing, and kite flying all easy to enjoy, plus the lovely places on Rügen to explore. Haus Vineta sits beautifully at the foot of the hill, just a few meters from the water and beach. The apartment was beautiful and really comfortable, and we had plenty of information for an easy arrival and departure.
