Everything was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had clearly been thought through well. We especially enjoyed relaxing with a drink on the balcony at the end of the day. My wife was very happy to find a kettle and coffee in the room. It was a wonderful stay.

We found the owner and receptionist very helpful, and the electrically controlled exterior blind made a big difference to noise and light, so we slept well. Our room was small but had a balcony, comfortable bed, good shower, tea and coffee facilities, and a little fridge. We spent two nights at this great Hotel Garni, where breakfast is provided but no other meals are available apart from a packed lunch. It's ideally located on the edge of Monschau, with free parking at the hotel and easy walks to the town center and castle ruin.

We enjoyed the view from our spacious room with a balcony. The staff were very friendly and check-in was easy. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day.

The river-side view from the rooms is very good. The hotel has breakfast, fruit, beer, and wine available. The room is perfect for a lazy getaway!
