We didn't stay at the hotel, just came for a meal, and that turned out to be a great choice. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the terrace had a lovely atmosphere in the beautiful weather. The schnitzel was full of flavor, crisp outside and juicy inside, definitely not dry. We really enjoyed it and would come back.

The outdoor seating by the river is cute, and the service was kind, even if a little slow and not very attentive. The schnitzel was good, and so was the apple pie. I'd have preferred a bit less cream and more vanilla sauce. We came here after Cafe Herzstück sent us away because we weren't allowed to put two tables together. All in all, I can recommend this place and the „Apfelstrudel“.

The hotel is beautiful, but in September, midweek, the restaurant was closed by 20:45. Online it was advertised as open until 10 pm, yet we couldn't even order a drink. In the evening outside high season, it's no good for visitors who aren't staying there.

The customer service was exceptionally bad. Staff went out of their way to argue that our complaints weren't valid, and they talked down to us too. If you like dirty glasses and an unpleasant time, by all means visit. Personally, it's not my cup of tea.
