Breakfast was TOP. The restaurant had lots of choices and the food was delicious. It’s a good rural spot if you’re in the area for hiking, and there’s plenty of parking. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, just right. Dogs are welcome, though cleaning costs an extra 10€. It seemed not everyone on the crew liked them as much. The chef, or possibly the owner, struck me as a bit of a strange personality.

I was staying nearby and came here for dinner. The schnitzel mit pommes was perfect, and everything was absolutely delicious. Friendly service too, and they had a lovely alcohol-free beer on tap.

The atmosphere was calm, the drinks selection was varied, and the service was great, great, great. The food was amazing. Prices were just a little higher than I’ve experienced in other small towns and villages: a chicken burger with fries was €20, and grilled chicken with fries and a robust salad was €21.
