Ferienwohnung Schötz

We really enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend the apartment. Mrs. Maria Schötz gave us a pleasant welcome, and both she and the host were very nice. The bedrooms were close together on the 1st floor, but the doors blocked sound well. We had a baby of about 5 months with us, and even when he cried at night, we barely heard it. There’s a large bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, and toilet, plus another separate toilet in the hallway. The guest accommodation is on the 1st and 2nd floor (attic), with a shared front door but its own entrance. You do have to climb one flight of stairs, so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue. The house is in excellent condition, clean, and has everything you need, including towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid. You can ask Mrs. Maria for anything you need. Guests can use part of the large garden, with garden furniture, and the BBQ may be used when possible. Mrs. Maria supplies the wood.

The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. It’s peaceful, and the hosts are very nice and friendly. There’s also a wallbox for charging electric cars. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back.

We had such a relaxing stay and want to thank our hosts for that. The apartment was more than we expected, and the photos were up to date. We stayed in winter, and the whole place was comfortably warm. They even checked whether the temperature was okay. Both bedrooms on the first floor had comfortable beds, warm duvets, and plenty of pillows. We slept really well. The apartment was also spotless. The kitchen has everything, including a radio, stove and oven, microwave, egg cooker, kettle, coffee makers, and dishwasher, plus a fridge-freezer. There are two coffee machines, one for filter coffee and a fully automatic espresso machine. The living room is modern, with a huge TV and Netflix, a big comfortable sofa, and internet access. The two hosts are charming and so friendly, and they made us feel welcome right away. Since we were there over the holidays, Mrs. Schötz had decorated the apartment for Christmas. There were homemade cookies, and on Christmas Eve they brought us a delicious dessert and a nice bottle of wine. Such a kind, unexpected gesture. We felt very welcome and appreciated. We were more than satisfied and very comfortable, and would gladly recommend both the accommodation and the hosts to friends and acquaintances. We’ll definitely be back.
