We had a birthday party there and went bowling. The bowling alley is really nice and has plenty of room to bowl. Service was friendly and efficient, and they accommodated special requests. There was plenty of tasty food, too. I can recommend it for events.

We were there today for our Christmas party. They announced the menu in advance so everyone could choose a meal, and we reserved the bowling alley to spend the evening after dinner. The food was a real letdown. Some of the schnitzel was hard and dry, and the potato wedges seemed straight from the freezer. The goose and dumplings weren’t restaurant quality. The appetizer was the one positive, and it was served at the same time as the other courses. The dining rooms were cold, and we were freezing the whole time. The greasy kitchen smell stuck to our clothes. A quick bite would have been more pleasant. Staff friendliness could use improvement, though not every waitress was unfriendly. We also had to arrange background music ourselves, which is usually handled elsewhere. When we asked about bowling, we were told, rather impolitely, that the alley was closed that day. They do stick very strictly to their opening hours, though: at 9:00 PM we were practically kicked out.
