ATLANTIC Hotel Münster

Everything was perfect, though the staff didn’t seem to remember small requests. We’d asked them not to knock for room service because our baby was sleeping, requested fries without salt, and asked for three spoons, among other things. Still a 5/5, of course. I’m just nitpicking, and I’ll come back.

The rooms were clean, and the hotel is close to the center. We heard noise from the bar on the sixth floor while things were being moved at night, but they reduced the bill. They were accommodating and professional. A straightforward place.

The location worked really well, near both the station and the city center. The room was nice, though the cleaning service was below average. For a two-night stay, that wasn’t a problem.

I liked the central location, the reasonably furnished rooms, and the welcoming, friendly attitude of most of the staff. The free fruit and water bottles at reception were much appreciated. After a mistake processing my reservation, they gave me complimentary chocolate, which was a nice gesture, though there wasn’t a voucher with it. The coffee machines in all three rooms I stayed in were very dirty, with greasy water containers and limescale deposits. Saturday’s breakfast buffet had more choices than the other days, including a large bread warmer, sautéed vegetables, more fish, and more desserts. Still, this is my new favorite hotel in Münster!
