The staff were polite and really friendly, and the breakfast was very good. I stayed two nights, and it was a lovely experience. The place is close to the university center, and the room and washroom were clean and cozy.

I was here on a business trip. It's a decent hotel in a nice, quiet area near the university's science faculty. The staff were friendly, and the homemade jam at breakfast was great!

The owners were friendly, but they really didn't seem to know how to run a hotel or organize breakfast. There were lots of family members around, yet nobody was getting things done. We paid well over €300 for two weekend nights with breakfast, far too much for this miserable stay. I also had reservations about the owners' personal appearance. Breakfast was complete chaos. Nothing was being cleared, and the owner was trying to handle reception while breakfast was going on, which just didn't work. People were waiting for tables. Ten of the 15 tables were covered in leftovers, and the others hadn't been set. The family dog wandered around the restaurant, which was downright filthy. The room wasn't cleaned, and they didn't replenish the toilet paper. When I went looking for some, everything was closed. Reception and the bar have very limited hours. The bathroom is tiny and the shower area feels makeshift. The pillows are so thin they're unbearable. There are no balconies, and the curtains are very thin, so the room is fully bright by 6 o'clock. It gets full sun and boiling hot too. There are a few positives: parking is free, the rooms are clean, the beds are fine, and breakfast itself is okay. The bus stop is nearby, with a single ticket costing €3.60, but the location is quite far from the center, a 45-minute walk. Otherwise, I'd definitely stay away. The hotel badly needs decent management and a major renovation.

It's a lovely family-run hotel, now in its third generation. The young owners are welcoming and very friendly, and the food is excellent. I also enjoyed the lovely breakfast buffet. The rooms are simple, tidy, and very clean. I found the stay really pleasant and will definitely book again next time I'm in Münster. Thanks for the interesting conversations!
