Bold Hotel München Giesing

The staff were just lovely, super friendly, kind, and helpful. They adored my little dog, and the hotel really welcomes pets. There are green areas too, which I appreciated. We only had breakfast once, but it was tasty, and I loved the vegetarian options and AMAZING coffee. They also offer gluten-free choices like small rolls. It's a bit on the outskirts, so I'd suggest taking an Uber. If you're driving, use Miles, and if not, Lime. Would I stay again? Absolutely. I LOVED IT. 😍🫶🏻

This place is very bare bones for over 300 per night. There was no closet, no tissues, no tea or coffee in the room, and no bathroom amenities. The air conditioning was poor, the walls were filthy and paper-thin, and it's loud. There weren't any trash cans in the hotel. I'd only stay if desperate for a room. The one positive I can offer is that the shower had good pressure and warm water.

We really enjoyed our time here. The room was cozy, and the staff were very helpful. We had a balcony room on the top floor, and the view across the Munich skyline made it well worth it. I'd definitely recommend it.

The design is very nice, but breakfast was vegetarian with no other choice, and nobody told us in advance. There was no phone in the room for contacting staff, so we had to go out to reach anyone. The biggest problem came the day before checkout, when the hot water suddenly stopped working and we couldn't shower. Reception said they'd check whether other rooms had hot water and move us if possible. We declined the move, but she said she'd let us know anyway. We never heard back. When we went to reception that evening, they didn't even ask about it. It's sad to report this, but after taking payment from the first day, they should at least have been helpful.
