Gambino Hotel Cincinnati

For a weeklong business trip, the room was cosy and had enough space for one person. The staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel is right beside the local station, where you can catch the S bahn to Munich South station, about five minutes away. One confusing thing was the shower room had no door, so water can easily get onto the floor. There was no closet for clothes either. They offer a free beer each day if you skip room service, a nice Go Green option. I'd definitely recommend the hotel for its spot near the train station and bus stop.

The bed is very soft, and I would've appreciated a bathroom shelf for toiletries and a cosmetics mirror. Otherwise, it's a clean, modern hotel. There's a big supermarket next door, along with a little bakery and newspaper shop. The train station is only a minute away on foot, but outside noise was minimal or absent. The street felt clean and safe.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and cool, and the Go Green deal gets you a free beer. We also enjoyed watching movies before bed because Netflix is available. I stayed for 03 days at Gambino Hotel Cincinnati Munich with my daughter, and it was an amazing place to stay. The hotel is right next to the train station, with a huge supermarket below and a bus stop at the corner. I highly recommend it and will come back on our next trip. It's a clean, well-kept building with an elevator, and the room had good linens and towels, working air conditioning, and plenty of daylight from a large window. My main complaint was the extremely uncomfortable pillows, which didn't support me properly. The toilet and bath are in separate areas, but the bath space has no door, so it felt awkward and short on privacy. The hotel is in the suburbs, yet easy to reach from the city center and Hauptbahnhof (HBF) on the S3. The train stop is about a one-minute walk away. There's no full-service restaurant, though reception has vending machines with coffee and light snacks for a quick bite. A supermarket and bakery are next to or below the hotel, and the bakery serves various things, including breakfast all day. For longer stays, a microwave and small fridge in the room would make things more convenient.
