I can't comment much on the hotel itself, since I only tried calling to ask for information. The person who answered didn't speak English. I understand that's not required, though it seems relevant in hotel work. I did my best in German, but they were completely unaccommodating and seemed not to want another customer for some reason.

We only stayed one night, and it was cheap and close to the center, so I can't complain too much. Still, the rooms smelled gross, the shower drain was clogged and overflowed easily, and the room had a pretty meh vibe. The door lock looked ancient, and the place wasn't aesthetically pleasing. It was also incredibly noisy, so light sleepers should beware. We were unlucky with our neighbors.

Our room had a balcony, which was nice. It was a pleasant stay, and both the room and bathroom were clean.

Self check-in was incredibly easy, and the hotel was spotless, including the room and sheets. It's very close to a bus stop, which was convenient. A very nice, reasonably priced place to stay in München.

It was quiet, clean, and easy to reach. I just needed an affordable place not too far from central Munich, and this worked well. There aren't any extras, but that was fine; there's a bakery and café a little way up the road.
