A warm welcome from the cheerful hostess every day and a hearty, delicious breakfast each morning made this quiet, clean, and hospitable inn a perfect start to our time in Germany. It's close to Naumburg and its world-heritage Dom, the lovely Saale-Unstrut vineyards, and the rolling countryside.

The owner runs this small, charming hotel with real dedication and is super friendly. The beds were very comfortable, and both the rooms and bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Parking was easy to find. We felt at ease and warmly welcomed, and would highly recommend it.

The village is idyllic and has a train station, and the hiking trails from Rossbach are clearly signposted. Naumburg and Freyburg are easy to reach from here, about 10 minutes by car or train. The rooms are large and modern, with everything spotlessly clean and well organized.

We come back every year, and this small, cozy, family-run hotel keeps meeting our expectations. The rooms are great, the breakfast is superb, and it's a perfect base for exploring the Saale-Unstrut region in every direction. Thanks, we'll gladly return.
