There’s no evening restaurant or bar at the hotel, but both are an easy five-minute walk away. You’ll find several Italian places nearby, or head a little farther to eat by the beautiful lake. The hotel itself is quiet and close to the river, the S Bahn to Dusseldorf, and the centre of Werden. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but it works if what you want is a clean bed in a peaceful spot.

The owner was very nice, and the price was reasonable. It’s quiet and clean, close to the lake, and a good place for a vacation. Breakfast was fresh, and the location is very good.
