We called it home for more than four months, and it really felt that way. Whenever Neckarsulm comes to mind, we think of Fam. Brummeissl with gratitude for all their kindness and effort 🙏 The family-run place felt welcoming throughout, and we noticed the care put into the details from the moment we arrived. They had prepared the apartment for us and made sure it was extremely clean and COVID sanitized. Since our belongings were being shipped, we stayed for a while; they set us up with children's beds, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and a home office for work. The little garden was a big help with the children during quarantine after our international flights and later during lockdown.

We were stranded Berliners and really enjoyed the hospitality for our one-night stay. The apartment was beautiful and very clean, with everything super affordable and just around the corner, as we say in Berlin. As a family, we’d especially recommend apartments 25 and 26 for their relaxed atmosphere. All the best!

My law firm has now started enforcement proceedings against the owner. She has owed me a four-figure sum for months, despite a lawsuit and a settlement, and my attempts to contact her have been ignored. The owner of this hotel has committed a crime. Beware of scammers!

Apartment 26 is 45 square meters. That’s a lot of space for an apartment!!!

The only drawback was hearing the floorboards creak whenever the tenant upstairs moved around. Otherwise, it’s a lovely apartment with a veranda and air conditioning, and the furnishings cover what you need, including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and more.
