They even managed to feed a party of about 20 without any trouble. We all felt right at home, and the service was as good as it gets. This place really stands out around here. Just wish the rating went up to six stars, because they’ve earned them!

Katrin was so helpful, taking care of our requests quickly. We stayed two nights at the Elbnest after friends invited us to an ice-skating event. Our newly renovated room had everything we needed, and breakfast was excellent too. We felt very comfortable and would happily come back. Until next time!

The ferry stops right outside, and the Elbe Cycle Path runs past the door. We had a lovely drive over from Lauenburg and were greeted so warmly when we arrived. Our renovated room was cozy and tastefully decorated, and it was quiet enough that we slept really well. Breakfast from the mother-daughter team was excellent, with nothing missing. They even took time for a friendly chat. That kind of welcome at a family-run place is fantastic. Highly recommended between Lauenburg and Hitzacker!

We were just passing through, but this stay turned out to be a real highlight. Our two motorcycles fit in the private parking, and on Friday we got lucky: the on-site restaurant was open, and the food was absolutely delicious. Such a lovely little family-run business. We were made to feel very welcome and would gladly return.

The family atmosphere made the two days we spent at this newly renovated guesthouse in Neu Darchau feel really comfortable. The house was clean and cozy, and everything seemed lovingly cared for. We were completely satisfied and would happily come back.
